On occasion I sometimes have to juice up my work laptop and work from home. You would think normally it would be a dreadful task, because lets be honest you're working. But, I actually quite enjoy it. We turned one of our bedrooms awhile back into my office, which we made light and airy painting it a light grey.
Since it's my office, and Andy already has his own I was able to purchase furniture that is a little bit more girly, like this not quite zebra or chevron print chair from Homegoods.
I also was able to put up some chic art that wouldn't make sense being put on display in our house anywhere else. Including this horse head.
So while isn't always fun working from home, this space provides a much needed creative outlet and it is definitely more inspiring than my cubicle.
